- Advertising and measurement data (only if you accept advertising cookies): through the Meta Pixel, information about your visit is sent to Meta Platforms, such as the pages you view, the products you view or add to your cart, your IP address, browser and device information, and cookie identifiers. Meta may link this information to your Facebook or Instagram account, if you have one.
- Cookies and similar technologies: see Section 6.
We do not knowingly collect sensitive information (such as health, financial or government identification data) through the Site.
2. How we use your information
We use personal information to:
- answer your questions and handle wholesale, distribution and partnership inquiries;

- operate, secure and improve the Site, including preventing fraud, spam and unauthorized access;
- comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.
We do not sell your personal information for money. If you accept advertising cookies, we use the Meta Pixel for advertising purposes as described above; depending on where you live, this may be considered “sharing” for targeted advertising (see Section 7). You can refuse or withdraw this consent at any time.
3. How we share your information

Meta also uses the information it receives for its own purposes, under its own privacy policy (https://www.facebook.com/privacy/policy/).
We may also share information within our corporate group (including Società Alimentari Italiana S.p.A.) to answer inquiries about our products and supply, and when required by law, to protect our rights, or in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.
4. International transfers
We are based in the United States and our parent company is in Italy. Some of our providers store data outside your state or country, including in the European Union and the United States. By using the Site you understand that your information may be processed in those countries, which may have different data protection rules.
5. How long we keep your information
- Inquiries and meeting requests: up to 24 months after our last contact, unless a business relationship follows.
- Newsletter data: until you unsubscribe.
- Security and server logs: up to 90 days.
- Advertising cookies: for the duration indicated in the cookie banner (Meta cookies such as “_fbp” usually last up to 90 days); Meta keeps the data it receives according to its own policy.
6. Cookies
We use:
- Strictly necessary cookies, which make the Site and the shopping cart work, protect the login area and remember your cookie choices;
- Third-party cookies set by Cal.com only when you use the booking calendar;
- Advertising cookies set by the Meta Pixel (for example “_fbp”), only if you accept them in the cookie banner. They help us measure our ads and show you relevant ads on Facebook and Instagram.
We do not use analytics cookies. Advertising cookies stay off until you accept them. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time through the cookie banner (“Cookie Preferences” link), and you can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking some cookies may affect how the Site works. You can also manage how Meta uses your information for ads in your Facebook or Instagram ad settings.
7. Your choices and rights
- Newsletter: every email includes an unsubscribe link, or you can write to us.
- Advertising cookies: you can refuse or withdraw consent at any time through “Cookie Preferences”.
- Access, correction and deletion: you can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it.
- California residents: you may have the right to know, delete and correct your personal information and to opt out of its sale or sharing. The use of the Meta Pixel for targeted advertising may be considered “sharing” of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising: you can opt out by refusing advertising cookies through “Cookie Preferences”, which also works as our “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” choice. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
- Residents of other US states with consumer privacy laws may have similar rights, including the right to opt out of targeted advertising.
