The history of Pastificio Bolognese is characterized by its unique experience in the production sector of long-lasting filled pasta and a significant production capacity that makes the plant the third in Italy.

In 2022, a group of entrepreneurs, motivated by love and passion for the flavors of Italian tradition, gave new life to Pastificio Bolognese, reorganizing a team specialized in the sector and implementing advanced production processes.
